Is every lot analysed independently?+
Yes. Each lot goes to an outside analytical laboratory for identity and purity analysis before it is listed. The certificate is filed under the lot number printed on the vial and linked from the product page, so the report you read is the lot you hold.
What does “research use only” mean?+
Every material on this site is sold strictly for laboratory and research use. Nothing is for human or animal consumption, and no therapeutic, diagnostic or dosing claim is made anywhere. You must be 21 or older to order.
When does an order ship?+
From inside the United States, cold-packed where the material calls for it, in a plain outer with tracking to the door. Choose Ground, 2-Day, Overnight or Cold Chain at checkout, each with its price and transit time shown before you pay. The shipping policy sets out every speed.
What is on the outside of the box?+
Nothing. A plain corrugate outer with no brand and no product names, bone tissue inside, a cold pack when needed, and the lot paperwork in the box. Lyophilized vials travel well; store them according to your laboratory protocol on arrival.
What if my order arrives damaged?+
Write to us within seven days with photographs and the order number. Damage that clearly happened in transit is replaced. The returns policy sets out the rest.
Where do the materials come from?+
From a vetted supplier, and held to one standard across the whole catalogue: every lot is analysed independently for identity and purity, and its certificate is filed under the lot number before the material is listed. The product page tells you the vial size, the structural class and the sequence length; the certificate tells you the rest.
